STOP THE POWER GRAB: VOTE NO ON GIVING CORRUPT POLITICIANS MORE POWER

In 2008, Californians took a stand against shady backroom deals where politicians drew their own districts and passed Proposition 11 to create the Citizens Redistricting Commission.

In 2010, voters expanded that reform with Proposition 20, to say that congressional districts should also be drawn by citizens, which passed overwhelmingly with 61.2% of the vote.

The Commission is made up of Democrats, Republicans, and independents, so the process is fair and power rests with the people, not politicians

Now, Proposition 50 threatens to take that power away. Politicians call it “temporary.” Don’t be fooled. Once they take control, they never let go

The choice is simple:

A YES vote → gives power back to Politicians

A NO vote → keeps power with the People
